Welcome To The Shepherd Family Website

This site was created as an easy way to share family pictures and videos. The site has seen many changes thru out the relatively small time that it has been up. Hopefully this will be one of the last times i redesign it. In any case, enjoy!

Our Family

Our family has grown over the years. When my wife and I first met she had a 4 year old daughter. It stayed that way for almost 10 years until my wife got pregnant with our son Hunter. Then shortly after that.....about 1 1/2 years later my daughter Hannah was born. As you will see they love to play and just go crazy every chance they get. Hopefully i was able to capture some exciting moments to share with everyone. This site will mainly focus on them.

Animals

About 2 1/2 years ago i bought a Siberian Husky for my wife, what a great birthday present. His name is Nikitta. Turns out Husky's are a lot of work! They are known to be stubborn and independent. I can say with certainty that this is the case, the books didn't lie. He is a awesome looking dog which you will see for yourself. Hopefully with some obedience training he will become the dog we hope he can be. We also have 2 cats, Tigger and Mya. Tigger was bought as a surprise for Adrienne when she was in elementary school and was on a school trip. So when she got back we had a cat for her. He's a good cat but can be whinny, and seems to get in a lot of fights. Mya i bought for my wife as a wedding present. She loved her when she was in the pet store so when she wasn't looking i told them to hold onto her and surprised her a week later. She's really a great cat, but very skittish. Then we have "fatboy", who is a Inland Bearded Dragon. I have no idea how old he actually is but he's very cool looking. But he is boring, and doesn't do a whole lot. You will get to see our entire family of "creatures" in the picture section.

Other Site And Works

My recent hobby has been photography and working with 3d software. I bought a Canon Digital Rebel XT and i have to say it's awesome. I wanted something with a lot of control and it has paid off. Although i'm still learning all the details it takes amazing pictures. You can see those pictures at www.shepherdphotography.net. Those will be more nature and landscape pictures than anything else. My recent endeavor of 3d modeling has really peaked my interest. My main program of choice is VUE and POSER, but have recently been using DAZ3D too. All have their good and bad, but combined do a great job. I'm still very new at it but each render has been better than the last. You can see them by clicking on the link above.
